Cookie Policy
Effective 11 September 2026. V-PLAN, website v-plan.site.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. Similar records may also sit in localStorage. They keep the account area signed in, remember language, and (only with your agreement) count visits.
Tapping Yes on the small card confirms cookies. Yes appears only after you tick the checkbox. Necessary only keeps the technical records the site and cabinet need, and does not turn on visit counters. The choice is stored in this browser and the card does not come back.
2. What we use
| Name | Type | Lifetime | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
vplan_shop |
necessary cookie | up to 30 days | Account session. Without it the site cannot tell that you are signed in. |
vplan_cookie_consent |
necessary cookie | 12 months | Your choice on the bar: accept analytics or keep necessary cookies only. |
vplan_cookie_consent |
localStorage | until you change it | Stores the same choice on the device if cookies are blocked. |
vplan-ui-lang |
localStorage | until you change language | Remembers the interface language (Russian, English, Arabic). |
_ym_uid, _ym_d and other Yandex Metrica cookies |
analytics | usually up to 1 year | Page visits. Set only after Accept. |
_ga, _gid and other Google Analytics cookies |
analytics | usually up to 2 years | Page visits. Set only after Accept. |
Cloudflare cookies (for example __cf_bm) |
security | usually minutes or hours | Protects the site from automated requests. Set by the page-delivery layer. |
If site settings have counters turned off, analytics cookies will not appear even after Accept.
3. Before you choose
Until you tick the box and tap Accept, we do not load Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics. Necessary cabinet cookies may still appear when you sign in or register: otherwise the session cannot be saved.
4. Where the choice is stored
When you tick the box and tap Accept, the choice is stored in three places:
- the browser cookie
vplan_cookie_consentfor 12 months, so the bar does not come back; - localStorage on this device, if cookies are blocked;
- a server log: the choice, date, IP and browser type, so we can show that consent was given.
Necessary only is also stored (without analytics). You can change the choice via Cookie settings in the footer.
5. How to change the choice
- Cookie settings in the footer of any public page;
- clear site cookies and data in the browser;
- a browser “block cookies” mode: the cabinet may then forget the sign-in.
If you first tapped Accept and later Necessary only, the page reloads so already loaded counters are turned off.
6. Link to personal data
Cookies do not contain your password. The session cookie is tied to the account on the server. How we handle email, payments and support is in the Privacy Policy.
