Privacy Policy

1. Who processes the data

Site operator: the V-PLAN service (domain v-plan.site). We process data so you can register, pay for a Net Bridge subscription, and use the account area.

2. What we receive

• email address and password (stored as a hash, not in plain text);
• account session data;
• licence details: expiry, exit country, device name, subscription link;
• payment details: amount, method, order id and status. We do not store the card number; the payment provider does;
• technical data: IP address, time of the request, browser type, interface language;
• support messages if you write to us;
• your cookie consent choice.

If you tap Accept on the cookie bar, we may also collect anonymised page-view stats. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

3. Why we need it

• create an account, confirm email, and sign you in;
• issue and renew the subscription and show the Net Bridge link;
• take payment and look up an order if something goes wrong;
• protect the service (rate limits, account login);
• answer support requests;
• understand how the site is used, only if you agreed to analytics cookies.

Required data (email, password, session) is needed for the account and payment to work. Analytics is optional: tap Necessary only to skip it.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site sets technical cookies and browser storage without which the account area and your cookie choice cannot work. Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics load only after you tick the box and tap Accept. We also store the fact of consent in a cookie, in the browser and in a server log (date, IP, choice). 5. Who else may see data

We share data only where the service needs it:

• payment providers: YooMoney (Russian cards), Ziina (Visa/Mastercard), the TRON network for USDT TRC20;
• the mail provider, if confirmation or password-reset email is configured;
• Cloudflare: site protection and page delivery;
• Yandex and Google: only if you accepted analytics cookies.

We do not sell address lists or share data for third-party advertising.

6. How long we keep it

• account and licences: while the account is needed for the subscription, then on a deletion request;
• cabinet session cookie vplan_shop: up to 30 days or until you sign out;
• cookie choice: up to 12 months, then the bar may appear again;
• cookie consent log (date, IP, choice): while needed to show that consent was given;
• payment records: as long as needed to confirm a payment and handle a dispute;
• technical logs: a limited period, for security and diagnostics.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to account data, change email or password in the cabinet, request account deletion, and withdraw analytics consent. To delete an account, write on Telegram from the email used for the cabinet.

You can change analytics consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

8. Children

The service is intended for adults. If you believe a child sent us data, write to support and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If these rules change in substance, we will update this page and the date at the top. Analytics cookies still need the checkbox and Accept.
