This offer is a proposal by the V-PLAN service (website v-plan.site), the “Provider”, to grant the User access to the Net Bridge service through the web account (/cabinet) and/or the TwinVpn bot.

1. Subject

1.1. The Provider gives the User a Net Bridge subscription: the account area on the site, a standing subscription link for the Happ client, and the TwinVpn bot. The User pays for the term and number of licences shown in the account or the bot at checkout.

1.2. The connection client is Happ. The storefront may call the service Net Bridge. Xray on the server is the engine only, not a separate product for the User.

2. Service delivery

2.1. The service is remote: v-plan.site and the TwinVpn bot. One account may hold up to five licences (devices). Each licence has its own term, device name, and a /sub/TOKEN link. The link stays the same after renewal.

2.2. Sign-up uses email and a password. If mail is configured, the address must be confirmed from the letter. A one-day trial applies only to the first licence of a new account, and only after email confirmation. Extra licences require payment in the account.

2.3. A unit of service (an access period on a licence) is delivered when the licence is active and the subscription link is available in the account or in TwinVpn.

2.4. In the account the User chooses a mode: Away (Russian sites, banks and services from abroad) or Home (sites and services that do not open at home). The route is changed on the server; refresh the subscription in the app. The Provider does not warrant third-party networks.

3. Pricing and payment

3.1. Month, half-year, and multi-device pack prices are shown in the account and in TwinVpn.

3.2. On the site, methods enabled at checkout may include YooMoney (Russian cards), Ziina (Visa/Mastercard), and USDT TRC20. The Telegram bot may also accept Stars. The Provider does not store the card number; the payment provider does.

3.3. Payment is received when the payment provider confirms it. The licence is then issued or extended.

4. Liability

4.1. The Provider is not liable for blocks by carriers, third-party apps or networks, the User’s device setup, or outages outside the service.

4.2. No refunds are given for an access period already delivered. Other cases are handled in Telegram support.

4.3. The User must not use access for unlawful activity. The Provider may limit or stop access in case of abuse (bypassing limits, sharing access beyond the account rules).
